What is Buddha Hall?

This is a cozy place where you can come to find balance and silence. We are located near Ostend (Bredene), our hall is small but cozy and has been newly designed in 2021. Here we conduct various types of meditations, women's practices, as well as satsangs and groups with masters of various spiritual practices.

Who is leading Osho and Social Meditations?

Osho certified meditation leader Mouna (Inga) Vanсouillie. She has been practicing meditation, including Osho meditation for over 15 years. She went through many Osho therapies and groups in different countries of the world, including the Osho Ashram in India.

Osho meditations

Osho is enlightened Indian teacher who created unique techniques suitable for modern people.

OSHO has said that his own work helping to create the conditions for the birth of a new kind of human being. He often characterises this new human being as “Zorba the Buddha” – capable both of enjoying the earthy pleasures of a Zorba the Greek and the silent serenity of a Gautama the Buddha.

“As I see the situation, modern people have changed a lot. They need something new: new methods, new techniques. Of course, truth is always eternal - it is never new and never old - but truth is the realisation, the end. The means are always appropriate or inappropriate for a particular person and for a particular mind, a particular attitude". OSHO.

Osho Active meditation - modern approach to meditation
Many of the traditional meditative techniques require one to sit still in order to be silent. Firstly, it is an inner stillnes that is valuable, and the outer stillness is only in support of that inner stillness. And secondly, for most of us, the accumulated stress in our body mind makes inner or outer stillness very difficult.

That's why OSHO Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho, over a long period of experimentation. They enable us to consciously express, experience, and release repressed feelings and emotions and to bring the body back to a relaxed harmony – and then the journey inwards can begin.

Social meditations by Veresh

Social Meditation is Veresh's contribution to the world of meditation. In being close to other people we learn to communicate, you do not have to sit in silence for a long time.

Social meditations will help you dance, meet people, and express yourself. When these activities nourish your body and mind, you will naturally enter a space of silence and meditation.

Veresh created these extraordinary meditations using his life experience of working with people. For each social meditation, he created a unique soundtrack with inspiring music and his own personal words.

We invite various masters, teachers in various directions to conduct them.

Hall rental

You can rent our Buddhahall for small groups. Hall area 40 sqm. Eco-design made of natural wood, a large mirror for dance lessons, as well as various lighting options. The price is 40 euros per hour.
